Key Responsibilities

Connect with job seekers across the USA who are actively looking for IT or non-IT roles.
Explain Wolf Technologies’ career marketing and placement services in a clear, professional, and consultative manner.
Guide candidates through the enrollment process, ensuring they understand our process, benefits, and timelines.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to help them achieve their career goals.
Collaborate with internal marketing and recruiting teams to align candidate onboarding with company goals.
Maintain daily records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM or tracking tools.
Meet or exceed monthly enrollment and conversion targets.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written).
Prior experience in sales, recruitment, or career counseling is a plus.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of handling multiple conversations daily.
Strong understanding of the U.S. job market and basic knowledge of IT/non-IT roles preferred.
