🚀 Role Overview

We are looking to hire a Global Business Devolopement Head professional to build and lead our export division from scratch.

This is a high-impact role suited for someone who already has strong international connections in the PVC pipes or related industry and can start generating business immediately.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Set up and lead the export sales function end-to-end
• Leverage existing global network to generate immediate business opportunities
• Identify and develop new international markets
• Appoint and manage overseas distributors and partners
• Drive quick conversion of leads into orders
• Manage export documentation, compliance, and logistics coordination
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders

⚡ Key Requirements

• Proven experience in export sales within PVC pipes / CPVC / plumbing / building materials industry
• Strong existing network of international buyers, distributors, or importers
• Demonstrated ability to close export deals independently
• Deep understanding of international trade processes and pricing
• Ability to generate revenue in a short time frame
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• MBA preferred
• 5–10+ years of relevant experience in export sales
