_Location: Sunguvarchatram, SIPCOT, Sriperumbudur | Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month | Experience: 4–8 years_

We’re looking for a Senior HR Executive to join our manufacturing team in Sriperumbudur. You’ll handle end-to-end HR operations and support a large workforce on the plant floor.

_What you’ll do_

• Manage recruitment: sourcing, interviews, onboarding, and induction for staff and workers
• Handle employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures
• Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, leave records, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Factories Act)
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and training programs
• Maintain HR records, MIS reports, and audit documentation
• Liaise with government authorities and ensure compliance with labor laws
  
  

_What you need_

• 4–8 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and factory compliance
• Hands-on experience with payroll, attendance systems, and worker management
• Good communication skills and ability to handle shop-floor employees
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to join immediately
