Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR professional to lead and manage end-to-end human resources operations at VenPep Group. The ideal candidate will drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR strategy in a fast-growing tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across all departments
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks
Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture
Manage onboarding, offboarding, and performance review cycles
Handle grievance management and conflict resolution
Maintain and optimize HRMS systems and HR data analytics
Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals
Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
Conduct HR audits and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Labour Laws)
Partner with department heads on workforce planning and organizational design

Requirements

5 to 6 years of experience in HR generalist or HR manager roles
Strong expertise in talent acquisition for IT/tech companies
Proficiency in HRMS tools (Zoho People, Darwinbox, or equivalent)
Sound knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Experience in handling appraisals and performance management systems
Ability to work independently and drive HR initiatives in a startup/growth environment
MBA in Human Resources or equivalent qualification preferred
