- Assist in recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Manage employee onboarding and maintain accurate records.
- Support HR administration, including payroll, compliance.
- Organize employee engagement activities and assist in training coordination.
- Address employee queries and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Support in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related issues.
- Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating training sessions.
- Maintain records of employee training and development activities.
- Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
