About the Role
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Human Resource Executive with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in an HR Generalist role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions, ensuring smooth HR operations, and supporting organizational growth through effective people management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Handle employee lifecycle management including confirmations, exits, and documentation
- Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
- Implement and monitor HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and handle grievance resolution
- Support performance management processes and training initiatives
- Maintain HR records, MIS reports, and documentation
- Collaborate with leadership on HR strategies and organizational development
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 4–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools
