This is a full-time, on-site role for a Receptionist at Newtons Computer Classes, located in Gorakhpur. The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting and assisting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, handling inquiries, maintaining records, scheduling appointments, and supporting administrative staff with clerical tasks. Additionally, the Receptionist will help ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere for students and clients, assisting them with their needs as they interact with the institute.

• Strong Phone Etiquette and ability to manage reception duties effectively
• Proven ability to handle Clerical Skills, including scheduling, maintaining records, and general office organization
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to interact with visitors, students, and staff
• Customer Service experience with a professional and helpful demeanor
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and software, such as MS Office
• Ability to multitask and maintain an organized workspace
• High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus
