Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Graphic & Digital Designer who can independently manage social media design, brand creatives, and digital design assets across multiple brands within a global network.

This role requires a designer who is strong in visual design, comfortable with digital interfaces and structured layouts, and capable of maintaining a modern, consistent design language across brands.

In addition, the role involves working on formal Indian government-style brochures, reports, and official documents, where attention to structure, compliance, and clarity is critical.

Strong communication skills are mandatory, as the designer will be expected to participate in meetings, understand requirements clearly, and present design decisions confidently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media & Brand Design

• Design creatives for:
• Social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
• Campaigns and advertisements
• Maintain brand consistency across multiple brands
• Ensure designs are modern, clean, and professional
• Work closely with marketing teams to translate briefs into high-quality visuals

2. Digital & Web Design

Design digital experiences, including:

• Websites
• Web interfaces
• Internal dashboards and tools
• Create:
• Structured UI layouts
• Visual systems and components
• High-fidelity digital designs
• Ensure usability, clarity, and scalability in all digital assets
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure designs are implementation-ready

3. Government & Official Documentation Design

• Design Indian government-style:
• Brochures
• Reports
• Official documents
• Presentations
• Follow government documentation standards, layouts, and formatting
• Balance formal requirements with readability and visual clarity
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and professional presentation

4. Communication & Collaboration

Participate actively in:

• Internal meetings
• Cross-team discussions
• Clearly understand requirements and ask relevant questions
• Present design concepts and explain rationale
• Take feedback constructively and iterate efficiently
• Coordinate with marketing, operations, and leadership teams

Mandatory Skills & Requirements

Design & Tools

Strong proficiency in:

Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Illustrator

Figma (mandatory)

Experience designing:

• Websites or digital interfaces
• Structured digital layouts
• Social layout

Understanding of:

• User-friendly design principles
• Responsive design
• Design systems and consistency
• Communication (Non-Negotiable)
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable joining meetings and discussing work
• Ability to explain design decisions clearly
• Professional attitude towards feedback and revisions

Government Design Experience

Prior experience working on:

• Indian government projects or
• Government-style brochures, reports, or official documents
• Familiarity with government tone, structure, and compliance-driven layouts

Good to Have

• Experience working with:
• Global brands
• Agencies or multi-brand organizations
• Ability to manage priorities independently
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior designers
