Responsibilities

• Partner with Internal AI & Data Engineering teams to plan, build and test AI solutions. Run experimentation: dataset preparation, exploratory data analysis, prompt/feature requirements, modeling, evaluation, testing and guardrails.
• Build customized Atlassian Rovo agents using Forge & Studio.
• Collaborate with T&E and Data Engineering teams to perform data analysis and build dashboards/visualizations to support business and compliance requests.
• Team up with Data Engineering to improve data quality, lineage, and documentation for scaling.
• Drive improvements to business processes by addressing performance bottlenecks and growth opportunities through analytics, AI, and automation.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Understands AI and ML concepts. Comfortable working with financial data.
• Familiarity with data modeling and ETL; comfortable collaborating with Data Engineering.
• Experience in data analysis and visualization tools: Databricks and Tableau.
• Solid statistics: experimental design, causal inference basics, regression etc.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or SQL.
• Experience with Atlassian products.
• Able to work independently and communicate effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of professional experience, including 5+ years working with data.
