Senior GM Business Development (Design & Build- Office interiors)

We are looking for a Leader– Business Development for the Design & Build vertical of a top listed workspace solutions platform which includes Flexi working & managed offices

Role overview

The role will be responsible for driving regional revenue growth and building a strong pipeline of enterprise clients. This is not just another BD leadership role, it's an entrepreneurial role within a scaled platform. About building a business vertical with high visibility with leadership & less bureaucracy.

The role requires ;

Someone with a strong network within corporates and familiar with the design & build ecosystem, who can generate leads, convert opportunities, and work closely with the Regional Business Head to execute growth plans.

A BD leader with proven experience in achieving sales targets and closing mid-to-large deals as an individual contributor and collaborating with team.

• Graduate or Postgraduate with 12+ years of experience in business development within Design & Build / Fit-outs / Commercial Real Estate / Workplace Solutions.
• Proven experience in achieving sales targets and closing mid-to-large deals as an individual contributor and collaborating with team.
• Strong network with corporate clients and industry stakeholders.
• Good understanding of workspace design, fit-outs, and project lifecycle.
