Position: Senior Furniture Estimation Manager

Experience: 10 to 15 Years

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs for bespoke furniture and interior projects.

• Analyze drawings, specifications, materials, hardware, finishes, and production requirements.

• Coordinate with design, procurement, production, and project teams for accurate costing.

• Evaluate material consumption, labour costs, and manufacturing processes to optimize budgets.

• Prepare quotations, cost comparisons, and value engineering recommendations.

• Maintain updated cost databases and ensure pricing accuracy.

• 10 to 15 years of experience in furniture estimation, costing, or quantity surveying within the luxury furniture or interior industry.

• Strong knowledge of furniture manufacturing, materials, hardware, finishes, and production techniques.

• Expertise in reading technical drawings and preparing detailed BOQs and estimates.

• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

• High attention to detail with a strong commercial understanding.
