Job Title: Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition

Department: Talent Acquisition

Reports To: Manager - Talent Acquisition


Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Executive - Talent Acquisition to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions across various departments. You will play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring high-quality talent to support the organization's growth objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: from understanding manpower requirements to onboarding.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, employee referrals, campus hiring, and direct headhunting.
  • Screen resumes, conduct preliminary telephonic/video interviews, and coordinate with candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Negotiate offers, prepare offer letters, and close candidates.
  • Track recruitment metrics (Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Quality of Hire, etc.) and prepare regular reports.
  • Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and employer branding activities.
  • Stay updated with latest recruitment trends and best practices.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience:

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in recruitment (Manufacturing, Sales or relevant industry experience is a plus).

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sourcing and headhunting abilities.
  • Good understanding of various job portals and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Ability to handle high-volume recruitment.
  • Proactive, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Good command over MS Office (especially Excel) and ATS software.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered recruitment tools.
