Job Title: Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition

Reports To: Manager - Talent Acquisition
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Executive - Talent Acquisition to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions across various departments. You will play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring high-quality talent to support the organization's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: from understanding manpower requirements to onboarding.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
- Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, employee referrals, campus hiring, and direct headhunting.
- Screen resumes, conduct preliminary telephonic/video interviews, and coordinate with candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate offers, prepare offer letters, and close candidates.
- Track recruitment metrics (Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Quality of Hire, etc.) and prepare regular reports.
- Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and employer branding activities.
- Stay updated with latest recruitment trends and best practices.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience:
- 2 - 4 years of experience in recruitment (Manufacturing, Sales or relevant industry experience is a plus).
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting abilities.
- Good understanding of various job portals and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Ability to handle high-volume recruitment.
- Proactive, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Good command over MS Office (especially Excel) and ATS software.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered recruitment tools.
