Designation: Senior Executive- Sales
Reports to Director / Head – Brand Experience
Role Summary
The Senior Client Experience Executive plays a key role in guiding clients through the Khwaahish jewellery experience. They assist clients in discovering pieces that suit their style, occasions and milestones.
This role combines product expertise with warm hospitality and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement
- Welcome and host clients in the store with warmth and professionalism.
- Understand client preferences, occasions and budgets to recommend suitable jewellery.
- Provide a relaxed and enjoyable browsing experience.
· Jewellery Presentation
- Present jewellery pieces elegantly while explaining design inspiration and craftsmanship.
- Guide clients through collections and milestone jewellery selections.
- Assist clients in trying and styling pieces.
· Relationship Building
- Build long-term relationships with repeat clients.
- Maintain client profiles and follow up on important dates such as anniversaries and birthdays.
- Encourage repeat visits and loyalty.
· Team Support
- Support the Head of Brand Experience in training junior team members.
- Share product knowledge and client engagement best practices.
Operational Oversight
- Coordinate with inventory, merchandising and marketing teams.
- Ensure product presentation and display standards reflect luxury positioning.
- Will perform daily checks on Inventory - physical
- Will ensure daily client, movement of stock & cash reporting in prescribed formats.
- Will actively plan and improvise systems to ensure timely deliveries of jewellery and information.
- Will determine and authorise memos / cash discounts (as per the company policy ) / sales returns.
· Sales Contribution
- Contribute to store sales through relationship-led engagement rather than push selling.
· Ideal Profile
- 4–7 years’ experience in jewellery, luxury retail, fashion or premium lifestyle brands.
- Strong interpersonal skills and polished communication.
- Interest in jewellery design, gemstones and fashion styling.
- Ability to build trust with high-value clients.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
