Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Engineer based in Faridabad. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing field service support, and performing regular maintenance and repair of material testing instruments, metrology products, and precision tools. Additionally, the role requires offering technical support and ensuring optimal functionality of equipment for clients’ operational needs.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to diagnose technical issues effectively
• Experience in field service and providing on-site support to clients
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues
• Proficiency in technical support, including knowledge of material testing and metrology equipment
• Capability to perform maintenance and repair tasks for industrial instruments and tools
• Understanding of industrial microscopes, hardness testers, CMMs, and similar equipment is a plus
• Adaptability, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
• Diploma or degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline) or equivalent technical experience
