Senior Executive - New Product Development

Role and Responsibilities:

• Develop & detail innovation concepts.
• Take detailed concept & product testing for new products.
• Manage project management & gate networks for new launches.
• Work with extended stakeholders like packaging vendors & contract manufacturers on product commercialization.
• Develop launch plan and networks with marketing team.

Experience Required:

• Experience in FMCG sales across both GT & MT channels.
• Experience in personal care categories preferred.
• Experience in NPD is clear plus for the role.
• Self-starter who is willing to get their hands dirty.
• Hungry for disproportionate growth.

Performance Indicators:

• Revenue from NPD Projects.
• On Time project delivery.
• Product quality rating & feedback.
