About The Role
We are looking for a skilled professional with 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Invoice Processing, and Accounting to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate processing of vendor invoices, addressing queries, and ensuring timely payments across multiple jurisdictions.

About The Role
We are looking for a skilled professional with 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Invoice Processing, and Accounting to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate processing of vendor invoices, addressing queries, and ensuring timely payments across multiple jurisdictions.
Responsibilities
- Review and validate invoices, ensuring all key details such as supplier information, invoice number, date, tax ID, and bank details are accurate.
- Track incoming vendor invoices to ensure timely processing.
- Process vendor invoices and resolve related queries.
- Provide accurate estimates for periodic payment runs to support funds planning.
- Prepare periodic payment runs, bank wire transfer instructions/files, and distribute payment advice to vendors.
- Manage and resolve vendor payments related queries received via email.
- Perform transactional tasks independently, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all assigned processes.
- Liaise with requisitioners (via calls/emails) to resolve queries as per AP guidelines.
- Ensure adherence to internal compliance policies and operational guidelines.
- Support management with ad-hoc reporting and requests.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage high volumes of work while meeting deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with team members, employees, and management.
- Graduate in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com), Inter CA / CMA.
- Additional certifications in Accounting, IFRS, or GAAP are an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP is a plus.
- Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in processing vendor invoices across multiple jurisdictions, including familiarity with applicable tax laws, will be an added advantage.
