We are hiring a full-time Senior Education Counsellor for an on-site position located in Noida. The primary responsibilities include guiding students and professionals in selecting suitable academic programs, tailoring course options to individual aspirations, and providing comprehensive advice on career pathways. The role also involves addressing inquiries, managing admissions processes, and supporting professional development initiatives. The Senior Education Counsellor will work closely with other team members to uphold our mission of student success and satisfaction.

• Strong counseling, guidance, and interpersonal skills to assist students with educational and career decisions.
• Proficiency in academic advising, admissions processes, and personalized career path development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with diverse populations.
• Ability to collaborate with teams, manage time effectively, and meet goals within deadlines.
• Experience in education or academic services is preferred but not mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
