Senior Director - Media Strategy

You’ll lead the media strategy function across some of our most complex, high-growth accounts. This role is built for a leader who drives clarity in multi-channel ecosystems, inspires teams to think ahead of the curve, and brings strategic vision to every conversation. You’ll partner with senior marketers and internal leaders to define what great looks like—then make it happen.

The Impact You’ll Drive

• Lead strategy across integrated media programs that span performance, brand, and innovation
• Define measurement frameworks, media mix models, and success metrics that align with client growth goals
• Collaborate with CXOs and senior stakeholders to translate business objectives into full-funnel media plans
• Guide media strategy teams with clear direction, coaching, and leadership alignment
• Drive connected thinking across media, creative, data, and technology
• Lead experimentation around new platforms, predictive modeling, and automation
• Ensure strategic excellence, operational discipline, and commercial success across client portfolios

What You’ll Bring

• 9–11 years of media strategy and performance marketing experience, preferably agency-side
• Deep understanding of media planning, measurement, and tech-led execution across channels
• Proven ability to lead teams, grow client relationships, and drive business results
• Experience integrating GenAI tools for forecasting, audience intelligence, and strategy workflows
• Strong commercial acumen with experience owning P&L and delivery quality
• Excellent executive communication, storytelling, and leadership presence
• Bachelor's or Master’s in Marketing, Business, or a related field
