Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 7 years of relevant experience.

Position Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Data Analyst.

Your future duties and responsibilities

• Interact with Strategic Compliance Program Data Mapping Alignment Leads for data mapping specification requirements
• Under the direction of the Data Strategy & Governance QA & UAT Lead, document data mapping specifications from enterprise healthcare data sources to standard target profiles
• Assist in developing data mapping estimates and deliverable timelines
• Support other data mapping team members and perform peer reviews
• Attend enterprise forums with applicable business units to review the data mapping specification to ensure alignment
  
  

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

Must Have:

Hands on Exposure on SQL.

Hands on exposure on Data Mapping and Data Modelling.

Exposure on Health care Domain.

Databricks is good to have.

Good to have:

Experience with erwin Data Intelligence Suite or equivalent mapping tool is preferred

• Working knowledge of HL7 / FHIR Standards, Health Interoperability Networks, and the
  
  

Transparency in Coverage regulation data requirements is a huge plus

• Sound understanding of SAFe Methodology and other Agile and non-Agile project
  
  

management methodologies.
