Job Description

A consulting and implementation practice operating in the Supply Chain Planning and Digital Transformation sector.

We deliver Kinaxis RapidResponse implementations and end-to-end supply chain solutions for manufacturing, retail, CPG and high-tech enterprises.

Hiring an on-site Kinaxis RapidResponse Consultant in India to lead configurations, integrations and go-live for high-impact S&OP and planning programs.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Kinaxis RapidResponse implementations: gather requirements, design solutions, configure models and deliver production-ready deployments.
  • Build and maintain RapidResponse models, planning processes, scenarios, dashboards and interactive workbenches to support S&OP and demand/supply planning.
  • Develop and optimize RQL queries, Knowledge Modules, scripted calculations and customizations to meet complex planning logic and performance targets.
  • Design and implement integrations between RapidResponse and ERP/BI systems using REST/SOAP, flat-file ETL and middleware; own data mapping and validation.
  • Provide go-live support, performance tuning, issue resolution and post-implementation stabilization to ensure operational readiness.
  • Deliver user training, create technical and functional documentation, and establish deployment and governance best practices.
