About The Role
We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist to join our HR team. Reporting directly to the HR Head, this role is pivotal in scaling our team and supporting our global workforce. The ideal candidate will possess strong operational skills, a business partner mindset, and a passion for supporting the full employee lifecycle within a fast-growing, AI‑first environment. This is a full-time, fully remote position based within the United States, offering flexibility to work from home.
The HR Generalist will play a critical role in recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, and continuous process improvement. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure a seamless employee experience, leverage AI tools for automation, and uphold compliance with labor laws and best practices. Your contributions will directly impact our company culture, operational efficiency, and overall employee satisfaction, helping Zicasso maintain its reputation as an employer of choice in the luxury travel industry.

Qualifications
- 4 – 7 years of HR generalist experience with direct involvement in recruitment and HR operations
- Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) to automate workflows and enhance processes
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., Justworks, Deel) and ATS systems (e.g., Workable)
- Knowledge of performance management tools (e.g., Lattice or similar)
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
- High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and compliance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proven remote work experience with the ability to manage time across multiple time zones
- Positive attitude with strong project ownership and solutions-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Support recruitment processes by screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate communication
- Conduct initial interviews for operational roles as needed
- Facilitate onboarding for new hires, ensuring smooth integration and access to necessary tools
- Continuously improve onboarding programs to deliver a best-in-class experience
- Assist in daily HR operations, including benefits enrollment, leave management, and maintaining employee records in HRIS
- Leverage AI, automation, and system enhancements to streamline HR workflows and improve data accuracy
- Conduct regular audits of HR practices to ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards
- Collaborate on performance review cycles and prepare training materials for manager development sessions
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies and benefits
- Support company culture initiatives, organize events, and contribute to special HR projects
