Job Description

Industry: Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Beauty & Skincare — consumer products focused on clean, high-performance formulations and digital-first brand growth. This role sits at the intersection of brand, content, and performance marketing for a fast-scaling D2C beauty business operating in India.

Role: Influencer Marketing Manager (D2C Beauty & Skincare) — On-site, India-based role responsible for owning creator-led acquisition, brand awareness, and UGC-driven conversion across social platforms.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end influencer strategies for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and evergreen sales to drive brand consideration and direct-response performance.
  • Source, vet, and manage creator relationships—build long-term partnerships, negotiate contracts and rates, and maintain a reliable creator roster aligned to brand values.
  • Design campaign briefs and content frameworks that translate brand positioning into high-converting short-form and static creative for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
  • Implement tracking & measurement frameworks (UTM, promo codes, affiliate links) to attribute performance, optimize spend, and report on ROI and LTV impact.
  • Collaborate closely with Paid Social, Creative, and E‑commerce teams to repurpose creator content (UGC) across D2C channels and maximize content ROI.
  • Manage campaign operations—timelines, deliverables, talent payments, usage rights and compliance with advertising/FTC guidelines.
