About the Role


We are looking for a Senior Content Manager who can lead end-to-end digital growth, brand positioning, and performance campaigns. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in movies, film production, video content, clips, or media-based digital campaigns, with a strong understanding of visual storytelling and audience engagement.

You will work closely with the founder and leadership team to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and content-led growth across digital platforms.


Key Responsibilities


  • Digital Marketing Strategy & Leadership
  • Lead and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategy across social, paid, and owned channels
  • Build monthly and quarterly campaign calendars aligned with business goals
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, and other relevant platforms
  • Drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation


Performance Marketing & Growth

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube Ads)
  • Manage budget allocation, targeting, creatives, and performance tracking
  • Drive B2B and B2C lead funnels and improve conversions
  • Review landing pages and continuously improve conversion rates (CRO)


Content, Video & Creative Direction

  • Lead content strategy for reels, ads, short videos, clips, and campaigns
  • Work closely with video editors, designers, and content creators
  • Utilize experience in films / movies / video production to create high-impact storytelling campaigns
  • Ensure strong visual identity and brand consistency across platforms


Team Management & Collaboration

  • Manage and mentor junior marketing team members and interns
  • Coordinate with design, content, and product teams
  • Ensure timely execution of campaigns and deliverables


Analytics & Reporting

  • Track weekly and monthly campaign performance metrics
  • Analyze data to derive insights and optimize ROI
  • Present performance reports and growth strategies to leadership


Skills & Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Growth Marketing
  • Prior experience working in movies, films, video production, clips, or media campaigns (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling and video-led marketing
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends
  • Good written and creative communication skills (English)
  • Familiarity with Canva, basic video editing tools, or creative workflows
  • Strong analytical mindset and performance-driven approach
  • Ability to lead projects and manage teams

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Office)

Saturday: Work From Home

Sunday & Last Saturday of the Month: Off
