Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in hiring across multiple functions, especially for fast-paced environments like D2C and e-commerce brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
  • Handle bulk and niche hiring across departments (Marketing, Operations, Tech, Finance, etc.)
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and references
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
  • Coordinate with hiring managers for requirement understanding and feedback
  • Manage interview scheduling and candidate experience
  • Negotiate offers and ensure smooth closure of candidates
  • Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers
  • Work on employer branding and hiring strategies
  • Ensure timely closures and meeting hiring targets

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn hiring and job portals
  • Good understanding of D2C/e-commerce hiring trends
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field
  • Experience in startup or high-growth company is a plus
  • Exposure to ATS tools and HRMS systems
