About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Civil Engineer to lead and execute high-impact infrastructure and construction projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring project delivery excellence through strong technical expertise, site leadership, and cross-functional coordination.

The ideal candidate will bring a forward-thinking approach to construction management, driving efficiency, quality, and compliance across all project phases.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Project Execution & Site Management

• Lead end-to-end execution of civil construction activities at site.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality benchmarks, and safety standards.
• Monitor daily site progress and resolve technical challenges proactively.

🔹 Planning & Coordination

• Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, and Consultants for seamless project delivery.
• Prepare and review project schedules, resource plans, and work programs.
• Coordinate with procurement and store teams to ensure timely availability of materials.

🔹 Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and implement quality control measures.
• Maintain documentation for audits, DPRs, and client reporting.

🔹 Cost Control & Optimization

• Monitor project costs and minimize wastage through efficient resource utilization.
• Validate contractor bills, BOQs, and measurements.
• Identify opportunities for value engineering and cost optimization.

🔹 Team Leadership

• Supervise and mentor site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Drive a high-performance culture focused on accountability and execution excellence.

🔹 Safety & Risk Management

• Ensure strict adherence to HSE policies and site safety protocols.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.).
• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure/construction projects.
• Proven experience in handling large-scale site execution independently.

Core Competencies

• Strong technical expertise in construction methodologies and materials.
• Proficiency in project planning tools (MS Project/Primavera is an advantage).
• Sound knowledge of BOQ, billing, and estimation.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven project environments.
