Role Description

The Senior Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategies to achieve sales growth. The candidate will lead business negotiations, prepare proposals, analyze market trends, and collaborate with internal teams to meet organizational goals. This role also requires overseeing the sales pipeline and ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer service to our clients.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Strategic Planning
  • Strong skills in Market Research, Lead Generation, and Client Relationship Management
  • Excellent Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation abilities
  • Ability to manage teams and collaborate effectively across different departments
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools
  • Analytical skills to assess market trends and design growth strategies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; Diploma in mechanical Engineering is a plus
  • Strong understanding of local and global markets, with experience in the Vadodara region being an advantage
