Job Title: Senior Business Development Executive / Sales Executive – Sports Infrastructure Projects

Location: Mysore

Industry: Sports Infrastructure / Construction / Real Estate / Building Materials

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive end-to-end business development for sports infrastructure projects in Mysore and nearby regions.
  2. Identify and acquire high-value clients including developers, institutions, clubs, and government bodies.
  3. Build and expand a strong local network within the construction and real estate ecosystem.
  4. Generate qualified leads through strategic networking, references, and field activities.
  5. Develop and manage a high-value project pipeline with clear conversion strategies.
  6. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and detailed site visits.
  7. Understand complex project requirements, budgets, and execution timelines.
  8. Provide consultative selling by recommending customized sports infrastructure solutions.
  9. Lead solution pitching for projects such as Box Cricket, Football Turfs, Pickleball Courts, etc.
  10. Coordinate with design, estimation, and technical teams for accurate project proposals.
  11. Ensure high-quality and timely submission of layouts, BOQs, and commercial proposals.
  12. Align internal stakeholders to meet client expectations and project feasibility.
  13. Drive aggressive follow-ups on leads and proposals to maintain strong conversion ratios.
  14. Lead commercial negotiations and finalize contracts with clients.
  15. Take ownership of closures and ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
  16. Manage project-wise revenue realization and ensure timely milestone-based collections.
  17. Follow up on outstanding payments and minimize revenue leakages.
  18. Maintain structured updates of leads, deals, and activities in CRM systems.
  19. Track pipeline health, forecasting, and conversion metrics regularly.
  20. Submit detailed reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.
  21. Ensure smooth handover of projects to execution and project management teams.
  22. Collaborate closely with PMs to ensure alignment during project execution.
  23. Build long-term client relationships for repeat business and strategic partnerships.
  24. Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and expansion strategies in the region.
  25. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to drive strategic sales decisions.
Required Skills & Profile:
  • Strong experience in project sales / B2B sales (8+ years mandatory)
  • Proven track record of handling high-value deals and closures
  • Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
  • Experience in construction, infrastructure, real estate, or building materials preferred
  • Strong local market knowledge of Mysore and nearby regions
  • High ownership mindset with ability to work independently
  • Willingness for extensive field travel
  • Two-wheeler mandatory
