Role Overview

We are looking for a highly network-driven Senior Business Development Executive who can leverage existing professional relationships, industry connections, and personal networks to generate qualified opportunities and bring high-value projects to the company. This role is focused on strategic outreach, relationship management, and revenue growth rather than transactional sales.

You will play a key role in expanding our client base across digital, technology, and product development services by identifying opportunities, initiating conversations, and converting them into long-term engagements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage existing professional network, partnerships, and industry contacts to generate new business opportunities
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue high-value projects aligned with company service offerings
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers, founders, and stakeholders
  • Lead consultative discussions to understand client needs and position solutions effectively
  • Collaborate with internal teams to shape proposals, pitches, and project scopes
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Represent the company at networking events, industry meetups, and strategic meetings
  • Track opportunities, forecasts, and client interactions in CRM
  • Provide market insights and feedback to leadership on trends and opportunities
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven track record in business development, client acquisition, or strategic partnerships
  • Strong existing network in technology, startups, digital services, or relevant industries
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and presentation capabilities
  • Ability to operate independently and take ownership of revenue targets
  • Strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen
  • Experience in IT services, digital solutions, product development, or agency environment preferred
