Senior Business Debt Settlement Negotiator

F5 Global Talent is hiring a Senior Business Debt Settlement Negotiator to work directly with U.S. banks, lenders, creditors, collection departments, and creditor attorneys. This role is focused on securing reduced payoffs, principal reductions, and restructured repayment terms for businesses facing financial hardship.

You will negotiate directly with financial institutions and legal representatives, present hardship cases clearly, handle objections and counteroffers, and push each file toward the best possible resolution.

What You’ll Do

• Negotiate business debt settlements directly with banks, lenders, collection departments, and creditor attorneys
• Present hardship cases using documentation prepared by an internal operations team
• Handle objections, counteroffers, and escalation conversations professionally
• Work to secure reduced payoffs, principal reductions, or restructured repayment terms
• Manage active settlement cases from negotiation through resolution
• Communicate clearly and professionally with U.S.-based financial institutions and attorneys
• Track case progress and keep internal teams updated on next steps and outcomes

What We’re Looking For

• Proven hands-on experience negotiating debt settlements with financial institutions, creditors, or attorneys
• Direct experience with business loans, credit card debt, merchant cash advances, or commercial debt
• A strong track record of reducing balances, securing discounted payoffs, or restructuring repayment terms
• Confidence handling objections, counteroffers, and difficult creditor conversations
• Clear, professional spoken and written English for calls with U.S. institutions
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through on active settlement files
• Full-time availability during U.S. business hours

Nice to Have

• Experience with SBA loans
• Experience with commercial lines of credit
• Experience handling attorney-managed debt files
• Experience negotiating merchant cash advance settlements

Important Note

This is a business debt settlement negotiation role. It is not a collections, customer service, billing, or basic phone support role. Candidates must have real hands-on experience negotiating settlements directly with lenders, creditors, banks, or attorneys.
