Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Debt Collection Executive based in Mysore, working in a US shift with a competitive CTC up to 8 LPA and a preferred notice period of immediate joiners or up to 15 days. The Debt Collection Executive will be responsible for contacting customers regarding outstanding payments, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring timely collection of dues in line with company policies and regulatory guidelines. The role includes verifying account information, updating records, monitoring aging reports, and escalating complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when required. The professional will collaborate with finance and credit control teams to resolve discrepancies, analyze payment patterns, and support risk mitigation efforts. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate documentation, adhering to compliance and quality standards, and meeting individual and team collection targets.

Qualifications

We are hiring experienced Debt Collection Executives for our Pune location. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills with experience in debt collection, accounts receivable collections, or financial collections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers via phone and email to collect outstanding payments.
• Negotiate payment plans and resolve delinquent accounts.
• Maintain accurate collection records and update customer information.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Achieve collection targets while delivering a positive customer experience.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing or payment-related issues.

Requirements:

• Experience in Debt Collection, Collections, or Accounts Receivable (AR) Collections.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and customer handling abilities.
• Comfortable working in US Night Shifts.
• Immediate joiners or candidates serving a notice period of up to 15 days preferred.
