Job role

Travel Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Promptly and courteously responds to all business travel requests.
• Use the company provided online travel booking tool to arrange air travel for eligible Unifi employees who need to book business travel.
• Compose timely, accurate, and thorough emails to both internal and external recipients.
• Collect and appropriately protect employee information required for booking air accommodations.
• Reconcile Business Travel expense reports and process for payment.

Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Possess basic knowledge of airline travel and associated costs and fees
• Ability to follow standard procedures when reserving, ticketing, and making changes to travel arrangements.
• Effective use of Windows and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook and Excel)
• Asks timely questions when uncertain as to how travel policies apply to specific situations and requests.
• Effective professional oral and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work varied schedule, including nights and weekends

Shift : 3pm - 3am (9 hr shift 3 pm- 12 am / 6 pm - 3 am)
