Retail Install Project Manager

Our client, a leader in retail technology deployment, is seeking a dedicated Retail Install Project Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Retail Install Project Manager, you will be an essential part of the Operations Department supporting multiple store locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to managing complex projects, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Retail Install Project Manager

Location: Charlotte or Cincinnati. Contract to Perm possible.

What's the Job?

• Oversee and coordinate multiple retail hardware installation projects across hundreds of store locations.
• Lead and manage two major retail installation programs, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to project timelines.
• Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional communication, including store divisions, scheduling teams, and external vendors.
• Manage vendor relationships, consolidating work across a reduced vendor pool to optimize efficiency.
• Establish and maintain repeatable, scalable processes for retail hardware deployments, including PC refreshes and terminal replacements.
  
  
  

What's Needed?

• Proven project management experience managing retail hardware installations, especially in large-scale environments.
• Experience overseeing large retail rollouts involving hundreds to thousands of locations.
• Background in IT hardware refreshes, POS systems, or retail technology deployments.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with third-party vendors and internal teams.
