Human Resources (HR Generalist)

• HR Point of Contact:

  1. Serve as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries
  2. providing guidance on policies, benefits, and employee relations issues.


• Employee Relations:

  1. Manage and resolve basic employee relations issues with professionalism and discretion, fostering a positive work environment.


• HR Planning & Execution:

  1. Support the execution of HR processes, policies, and employee engagement activities.
  2. Coordinate the recruitment plan in alignment with senior management and department heads.


• Recruitment & Onboarding:

  1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, from sourcing to onboarding
  2. Maintain the applicant database and ensure a positive candidate experience.


• Employee Records & HRMS:

  1. Own the maintenance of all employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  2. Manage HRMS data, including leaves, attendance, and employee lifecycle changes.


Administrative Support


• Travel & Logistics:

1. Coordinate domestic and international travel for employees and guests, including bookings, vendor management, compliance, and payments.


• Facility Management:

  1. Oversee daily office operations, including hygiene, maintenance,catering, staff welfare, and adherence to safety protocols.
  2. Manage office space, contracts, and organize internal events, training sessions, and logistics.


• Procurement & Inventory Control:

  1. Handle vendor sourcing, onboarding, and procurement of office supplies and services as per organizational policy.
  2. Monitor inventory levels, storage conditions, quality control, and maintain accurate stock and billing records.


• Vendor & Bill Management:

  1. Manage vendor contracts, including negotiations and legal compliance.
  2. Process vendor payments, resolve billing disputes, and conduct periodic market reviews for competitive pricing.
