Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect with a strong background in designing and managing high-rise residential and commercial projects. The candidate should have consultancy experience, a deep technical understanding of architectural standards, and proficiency in design coordination, detailing, and project execution. The role requires collaboration with structural, MEP, and project teams to ensure aesthetic, functional, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

• Experience: 8 to 12 years (Construction industry \Consultancy)
• Job location: Sompura Gate, Sarjapur Main Road, Bengaluru, Karnataka 562125.
• Mode of Interview- Offline
• Qualification: Education: B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognized university
• Office Timing: 10 AM to 6:30 PM

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop, design, and review architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings for residential and commercial projects.
• Lead the design process for high-rise projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, functionality, and design intent.
• Prepare detailed working drawings, GFCs (Good for Construction), and presentation drawings.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams (structural, MEP, landscape, interiors) for design integration and execution.
• Ensure all designs comply with applicable building codes, local bylaws, NBC, and other regulatory standards.
• Review and approve drawings and technical documents from consultants and vendors.
• Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and resolve architectural issues.
• Prepare design presentations and project documentation for client and management approvals.
• Evaluate materials, finishes, and sustainable design options for improved project efficiency.
• Participate in tender and procurement processes by providing design inputs and technical support.
• Ensure timely delivery of design milestones and coordinate for revisions as required during construction.
• Collaborate closely with project management teams to ensure architectural quality and consistency across all project stages.

Technical Skills Required:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Strong understanding of high-rise building design, detailing, and facade systems.
• Knowledge of NBC, local development regulations, and sustainable design principles.
• Experience in handling architectural coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with project documentation, BOQ preparation, and construction drawings
