Senior Analyst – Finance & Strategy

Job Purpose

· We are looking for a dynamic and analytically strong Senior Analyst – Corporate Finance & Strategy to support financial planning, modelling, fundraising, and business development initiatives.

· The role provides hands-on exposure to financing models, investor interactions, bid evaluations, and strategic decision-making, making it ideal for finance professionals seeking experience in corporate finance, investments, and growth strategy.

Responsibilities

· Prepare, analyze, and manage various financial and financing models (equity, debt, project finance, and hybrid structures)

· Conduct financial analysis on an ongoing and need-based basis to support management decision-making · Prepare Information Memorandum (IM), investor presentations, and pitch decks for existing and prospective investors and lenders

· Support financial and commercial evaluation of upcoming bids, projects, and strategic opportunities

· Assist in Business Development (BD) activities through financial inputs, pricing models, and feasibility assessments

· Support fundraising activities including equity and debt raising, coordination with investors, lenders, and advisors

· Prepare periodical financial and strategic updates for senior management and leadership teams

· Coordinate and work closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, investors, consultants, bankers, and advisors

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field

· MBA (Finance) / CA-Inter / CMA-Inter – pursuing or completed (preferred)

Experience

· 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or financial analysis

· Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation concepts, and financial modeling

· Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools

· Excellent presentation, documentation, and communication skills

· Ability to work with and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills

· Ability to handle multiple assignments and work in a fast-paced environment

· High level of ownership, professionalism, and confidentiality
