Legal Research Specialist | Remote

Position: Lawyer

Compensation: $90–$150/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Create structured tasks and deliverables based on common legal workflows and real-world requests.
• Apply legal expertise to support AI research, evaluation, and model improvement initiatives.
• Translate legal reasoning, documentation practices, and decision-making processes into clear formats.
• Review peer-developed deliverables to improve accuracy, clarity, and relevance for AI training.
• Work independently and asynchronously while meeting project deliverable timelines.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience practicing law or working in a legal capacity.
• Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar, spelling, and attention to detail.
• Ability to clearly explain legal workflows, reasoning, and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, project-based environment.
