Job Description
Experience & Qualification
- CA / Inter CA preferred
- 10+ years in finance, business finance, or commercial leadership roles
- Experience managing multi-entity or operationally intense businesses (F&B/retail/hospitality a plus)
- Extremely strong with numbers; high data sensitivity
- Strong commercial instincts — negotiation, costing, cashflow logic
- Excellent Excel skills; must be fast, hands-on, and analytical
- Deep understanding of financial statements and business drivers
- Ability to run both strategic and operational finance with equal comfort
- Strong personality with natural command presence
- High EQ — able to influence, guide, and align without friction
- Respected by peers for clarity, maturity, and follow-through
- Clear communicator who simplifies complexity
- Assertive where needed, but diplomatic enough to keep relationships strong
- High ownership, resilience, and an action-biased mindset
- Builds disciplined teams and elevates financial thinking across the organisation.
