How will you make an impact in this role?

In this role, you will deliver high-impact analytics that help us understand, optimize, and continuously improve our consumer acquisition site experience, ultimately driving digital conversion growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure Data Quality: Own the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data through ongoing validation, cleaning, and preprocessing.
  
• Problem Solving & Research: Take a proactive, self-starter approach to investigating complex analytical challenges. Leverage multiple tools and diverse data sources to identify root causes and deliver actionable solutions.
  
• Communicate Insights: Translate data into clear, compelling insights and recommendations for stakeholders. Partner cross-functionally to drive alignment, influence decisions, and enable measurable business impact.
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or Mathematics.
  
• Strong proficiency in data querying and manipulation tools and languages, including SQL, Python, cloud-based data platforms, BigQuery, Hive, and PySpark.
  
• Experience building analytical reports and dashboards.
  
• Hands-on experience with inferential statistics, including hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, and experiment analysis (e.g., A/B testing).
  
• Strong sense of personal accountability, exceptional attention to detail, and a demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of machine learning and modeling techniques to extract insights and identify patterns in data.
  
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.
