We focus on solving a hard problem: detecting and preventing fraud in high-stakes interview environments using AI.

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior AI/ML Engineer focused on fraud detection at scale.

You will build production-grade ML systems that operate in real-time and adversarial environments.

What you’ll do:

• Design and deploy fraud detection systems (impersonation, multi-person detection, assistance patterns)

• Build real-time ML pipelines for live interview environments

• Develop multi-modal models (video, audio, behavioral signals)

• Analyze large datasets to detect patterns and anomalies

• Optimize systems for latency, scalability, and reliability

• Continuously improve models using strong evaluation frameworks

• Strong CS fundamentals (data structures, systems, performance)

• Proven experience shipping ML systems to production

• Expertise in pattern recognition / anomaly detection / fraud systems

• Strong knowledge of algorithms and large-scale data processing

• Solid foundation in statistics and model evaluation

• Proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks

Strong Signals:

• Experience in fraud detection / trust & safety systems

• Built real-time or low-latency ML systems

• Experience in adversarial environments (cheating, abuse, gaming)

• Background from top-tier companies or startups

• Work on a hard, unsolved AI problem

• High ownership — you build core systems end-to-end

• Small, fast-moving, high-talent team
