Senior Agronomist (Vegetable Crops) | Agaate

At Agaate, we’re building a farmer-first agri ecosystem powered by farm experience + nursery + inputs + AI-driven advisory.

We’re looking for a Senior Agronomist (5+ years experience) who doesn’t just understand farming but is excited to scale it using technology.

What you’ll do:

• Lead end-to-end vegetable crop management (Cauliflower, Tomato, Chilli, etc.)
• Work closely with farmers to deliver practical, result-driven advisory
• Drive nursery planning & input integration
• Build and standardize Package of Practices (PoP)
