Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Accountant role based in Gurugram. The Senior Accountant will manage financial operations, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and oversee financial reporting processes. Core responsibilities include preparing financial statements, managing budgets, conducting audits, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with other departments to ensure sound financial practices. The role will also involve analyzing financial data to guide strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in Financial Accounting, Financial Reporting, and General Ledger Management
Strong skills in Budget Preparation, Forecasting, and Financial Analysis
Proficiency in Tax Compliance, Regulatory Reporting, and auditing practices
Familiarity with Accounting Software and ERP systems
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
Experience in managing financial operations for educational or similar organizations is a plus
Professional accounting qualification such as CA, CPA, or CMA (or equivalent) preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
