Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counselor to guide prospective students in choosing the right courses and career paths. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for counseling, and the ability to convert leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students regarding courses, career options, and training programs
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
• Provide detailed information about courses, fees, and career opportunities
• Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM / ERP
• Coordinate with the academic and operations team for smooth onboarding
• Support students throughout the admission process
• Achieve monthly admission targets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 1 –3 years of experience in counseling, sales, or customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines
