Job Description

TheIrish taxteamin USIpreparesandreviewscorporatetaxreturnsforvarioustypeofcompaniesin Ireland.Weareateamwithprofessionalsofvaryingexperienceandskillsintaxtechnical,theteamis involved in training, onboarding, work allocations, process improvement/documentation etc.

Wearelookingforaprofessional Whohasataxbackgroundwithbelowlistedexperienceand Skills-

To list some of key responsibilities: -

• Review simple to medium complex group entities/standalone tax returns for corporations and partnerships.
• Oversee and manage the preparation and review of simple to medium complex group entities/standalone tax returns for corporations and partnerships.
• Collaborate with team and onshore to gather information necessary for tax returns.
• Train new recruits, supervise and provide guidance.
• Establish/ensure the optimal team structure, processes and procedures to achieve objectives in delivery of projects.
• Manage people including recruitment, training, workload, coaching and development.
• Manage team in day-to-day responsibilities, issue escalations as well as career development and performance feedback processes.
• Ensure timely and qualitative production of deliverables to our clients and will therefore play a pivotal role in the organization and development of our practice.
• Proficiency in interpersonal communication.
• Strong personal competencies, including organizational behavior, business acumen, analytical skills (with examples).
• Ability to share Knowledge and experiences to bring in value to the team.
• Adaptability to innovative technology and tools.
• Open to learning new skills.
  
  

Qualifications Required:

✓ Full time master’s degree in finance or equivalent from reputed University

✓ 8 + years of relevant / non-US experience in corporate tax

✓ Strong accounting knowledge

✓ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

✓ Proven competency to lead successful teams in a hybrid work environment

✓ Experience with change management

Work Location : Bengaluru / Hyderabad || Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM.
