Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Devanahalli for an MEP Project Engineer. The MEP Project Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) aspects of projects. Daily responsibilities include coordinating engineering designs, monitoring project execution, conducting quality assurance, and ensuring project timelines and budgets are adhered to. The individual will work closely with the project management team to ensure alignment with overall construction goals and compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Strong knowledge of Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering principles
• Demonstrated ability in Project Management and effective coordination
• Proficiency in plumbing, including design and implementation
• Ability to troubleshoot and ensure quality assurance during project execution
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• Prior experience in real estate or construction projects is a plus
