Job Description: Semiconductor Manufacturing AI Solutions Lead Position Summary ( Location Gurugram )

We are seeking an experienced professional with 7-10 years of experience who combines knowledge of semiconductor fabrication equipment, manufacturing operations, and fab workflows with hands-on expertise in modern Artificial Intelligence technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI systems, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration frameworks.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in traditional ML, such as regression, clustering, classification, etc., along with reasonable deep learning experience in NLP and computer vision. Detailed knowledge is required in large Language Models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.) and the Azure digital ecosystem. The candidate needs to model, formulate and implement various LLM applications such as prompt, RAG, fine tuning. Knowledge of advanced LLM applications with guardrails, MCP, harness engineering, domain grounding, and engineering eval will be necessary. Single, multi agent systems with knowledge representations will be the core technology.

The candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of semiconductor manufacturing operations ( wafer fabrication, process integration, yield engineering, MES, etc.) and should possess knowledge of how the leading companies are leveraging AI in this domain. The capability to identify various applications of AI and customization of existing solutions for specific applications will be a big plus.

This is a customer-facing role with coordination responsibility and therefore, experience in customer handling will be required.
