- Access Control: Monitor entrance and exit points. Verify the identity of employees and visitors, issue badges, and ensure unauthorized individuals do not enter restricted areas.
- Equipment Monitoring: Operate and monitor surveillance cameras (CCTV) and alarm systems to detect suspicious activity in real-time.
- Incident Response: Respond quickly to alarms, medical emergencies, or disturbances. Follow established protocols to manage the situation until emergency services or law enforcement arrive.
- Reporting: Maintain detailed daily logs and write comprehensive reports on any incidents, security breaches, or suspicious happenings.
- Public Interaction: Provide assistance and directions to guests and employees, acting as a professional first point of contact for the facility.
