Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Assist in developing and executing integrated media plans across TV and digital platforms, ensuring optimal reach, frequency, and campaign delivery for clients.
Use YUMI and other media tools for plan evaluation, competitive tracking, reporting, and deriving insights to strengthen media recommendations.
Support end-to-end media planning including plan creation, scheduling, monitoring campaign performance, and impact property evaluation for FMCG and service clients.
Work closely with strategy, buying, and client servicing teams to deliver media plans on timelines and contribute to new business pitches and media proposals.

Ideal Candidate

Strong Media Planning profile (TV/Digital media)
Mandatory (Experience): Must have atleast 1+ years of experience supporting end-to-end media planning including plan creation, scheduling, and campaign performance tracking across TV and Digital (TV media is mandatory)
Mandatory (Campaign Management): Must have experience monitoring campaign delivery, evaluating media performance, and deriving insights for optimization
Mandatory (Collaboration): Must have experience working with strategy, buying, and client servicing teams and supporting media proposals or new business pitches
Mandatory (Tools): Exposure to media planning tools like YUMI, Telmar, Comscore, Mediaocean, Mediatool, BARC, TAM or similar tools
Mandatory (Marketing): Familiar with Meta Ads, Google Ads
Preferred (Client Exposure): Prefer candidates with exposure to FMCG or service sector clients
