Performance Marketing professional at Holistique Beauty Pvt. Ltd., you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing cutting-edge marketing campaigns focused on performance and efficiency. Your role will be pivotal in driving customer acquisition, retention, and ultimately contributing to our revenue growth through well-executed digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute comprehensive performance marketing campaigns across all digital channels, focusing on Meta, YouTube, and Google.
• Manage and optimize paid media campaigns to drive traffic, sales, and ROI.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights to improve effectiveness.
• Assist in budget allocation and monitor campaign expenditures to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance landing pages, user experience, and conversion rates.
• Support the development and execution of targeted email marketing campaigns to foster customer engagement and increase revenue.
• Conduct A/B testing and experiments to refine and improve marketing tactics.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to keep marketing efforts cutting edge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1+ years of relevant experience in performance marketing, particularly within digital marketing or e-commerce settings.
• Proficiency in using platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other digital advertising tools.
• Strong analytical mindset and skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, market analysis, and campaign management.
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills, thriving in collaborative multi-disciplinary environments.
