Job Description
Job Purpose
Lead Pan India operations for Cavallo Studio Brand, focusing on MBO & FOFO channels Primary, Shop-in-Shop management, and financial oversight. Drive sales, manage distributors, agents, and coordinate with local ASM’s ,team leaders and CCA’s to ensure optimal market penetration, revenue growth, and operational excellence.
Job Context & Major Challenges
: In the challenging, price-sensitive market catering to linen enthusiasts, we have introduced our masstige brand “Cavallo Studio” through offline channels following the successful launch of Linen Club Studio. The individual in this role will oversee the expansion, sales, business development, and operations of Cavallo Studio Brand. Emphasizing the optimization of market penetration and revenue generation, this position requires strategic leadership in managing MBO, Shop-in-Shop (SIS), and FOFO channels. Responsibilities include streamlining Shop-in-Shop operations, ensuring seamless transactions with efficient payment collection systems, and managing a strong distribution network by effectively coordinating with distributors and agents. Moreover, collaborating with ASM’s to support brand expansion objectives is essential. This role calls for an agile professional capable of managing the entire brand operation from its initial stages to a mature brand, proficient in navigating the intricacies of the apparel industry, driving operational excellence, and cultivating enduring relationships to enhance our brand presence and market position.

The Manager role at Cavallo Studio will face significant challenges, including managing fierce competition in an already crowded economic price segment. Need to cater to diverse consumer tastes, Placement and penetration at key stores and territories, ensure operations can scale effectively, optimize distribution logistics, recruit and retain talented staff across multiple locations, adapt to local market differences, stay flexible with shifting trends, and navigate complex regulatory landscapes.

- Sales Team and Partner Management:
- Manage ASM teams, distributors, and agents, providing guidance, support, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Stakeholder Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, retailers.
- Continually monitor the market for competitor’s activities, customer and retailer trend.
- To plan, execute and oversee successful foray of Cavallo Club
- Ensure timely replenishments orders for Cavallo Club.
- Monitor continuous sales support to the retailers
- To brief and engage agency for market research for understanding of the buyer’s behavior and the brand persona.
- Interaction with ad / research agency and formulating the strategy for the campaign.
- Deciding the media-mix for advertisement campaign and advertorials.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and expand market share for Cavallo Studio.
- Frequent Market visit for BD and Placement of the brand.
- Conduct periodic reviews to assess sales performance with the fellow ASM and RSM’s.
