We are a fast-growing boutique analytics and data services company serving enterprise clients

across the United States. Our teams operate across India and the US, delivering high-impact

analytics, data engineering, AI/ML, and consulting solutions.

As we scale our global delivery and consulting capabilities, we are looking for a strategic and

hands-on Talent Acquisition Leader to build a world-class hiring engine aligned with our growth

ambitions and culture.


Role Summary

The Talent Acquisition Leader will own and drive the end-to-end hiring strategy across India and the US (we might expand to other countries in North & South America). The ideal candidate is a business-aligned TA leader who understands hiring for analytics, consulting, leadership, and client-facing roles in a fast-scaling environment.


Key Responsibilities

● Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and hiring managers.

● Define and execute a global talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth

plans.

● Partner with executive leadership to translate business goals into workforce plans.

● Build scalable hiring models for rapid yet high-quality growth.

● Lead hiring for senior and niche roles, including Data Scientists, Gen AI Engineers, Data

Engineers, Analytics Consultants, Client Partners, Sales leaders, Delivery & Practice

Leaders

● Drive executive and leadership hiring in India and the US.

● Build strong external talent pipelines and market intelligence.

● Improve hiring speed, quality, and predictability.

● Manage cross-border hiring across India and the US.

● Ensure compliance with regional hiring practices and employment norms.

● Lead, mentor, and scale the Talent Acquisition team.


Required Qualifications

● Master’s degree in Human Resources.

● 20+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.

● 4+ years leading TA teams in technology, analytics, or consulting environments.

● Demonstrated experience hiring for analytics/data/technology roles.

● Experience supporting global and US hiring markets.

● Strong stakeholder management with senior leadership.


Preferred Qualifications

● Experience in a high-growth startup or boutique services firm.

● Exposure to analytics, AI/ML, or data consulting talent ecosystems.

● Experience building TA functions from scale-up stages (100 → 500+ employees).
